LUXASIA is powered by a diverse and dynamic #OneTeam of 2700 talents across a growing footprint of 15 markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance team with daily operational and administrative activitiesAssist in processing and reviewing financial documents, including invoices, payment requests, claims, and supporting recordsHelp maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documentationAssist with account reconciliations, data entry, and preparation of basic financial reportsSupport monitoring and follow-up of payment- and billing-related matters with internal stakeholders and external parties, where requiredAssist with month-end closing activities and preparation of supporting schedulesSupport the preparation of reports, presentations, and ad hoc financial analysisEnsure finance documentation is maintained in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirementsParticipate in process-improvement initiatives and other ad hoc projects assigned by the Finance teamRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldBasic understanding of accounting and finance principlesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skillsAble to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismGood communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamBenefitsWhy Join Us?At LUXASIA, we believe there is beauty within every talent - that is you.We grow you by building your competencies and unleashing your potential.
