Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, working full-time from January 2027 to June 2027.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, preparation of Economic Value Added (“EVA”) worksAssist in analyzing industry peers' key performance metricsSupport the data preparation and cleansing for the roll-out of new system or process improvement.Assist in preparation of financial highlights for results presentation and annual reportSupport any other ad-hoc assignments as required.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.(We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
