Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB PURPOSEThe Learning Excellence & Innovation Intern supports the day-to-day production of learning content at MAGRABi University, covering digital module production, visual and video assets, bilingual quality checks and upkeep of the learning management system (iLearn). The role exists so that learning content for our store and office teams across seven markets is produced accurately, on time and to a consistent standard, using the AI and digital tools the team works with.Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Media, Education, Business Administration or a related discipline; recent graduates and final-year students are eligible.
- Comfortable using generative AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) in daily work, and quick to pick up new digital tools.
- Working proficiency in PowerPoint and a visual design tool such as Canva; basic Excel.Experience
- 0-1 years of experience. Fresh graduates are eligible; prior exposure to e-learning, content creation, design, training or customer-facing work is a plus.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and update digital learning modules, step guides and job aids from briefs and source material provided by the team, using the team's AI and authoring tools.
- Produce supporting visual, video and audio assets for learning content, including captions, voice-over versions and market adaptations, following MAGRABi University brand guidelines.
- Test every module before release: check links, interactions, scoring and display on mobile and desktop, and proofread the English and Arabic versions against the approved source.
- Upload approved content to iLearn, set up courses and enrolments as directed, and extract routine completion and assessment reports.
- Maintain the team's content library and project tracker (The Build Board) under the agreed file-naming and version-control convention, so that the latest approved version of every asset is easy to find.
- Collect learner and field coach feedback on released content, log issues and suggested fixes, and prepare routine trackers, summaries and presentation material as directed.
- Try out new AI and learning tools on small tasks and share what worked with the team
