The intern will support executives with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing basic documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining diaries, handling phone calls and emails, organizing files, and assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up. The role also involves coordinating internal communications, supporting office operations, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This position offers exposure to a technology-driven manufacturing environment and opportunities to develop strong organizational and communication skills.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support daily executive needs.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette and clear written and verbal communication.Candidates should possess Diary Management skills for organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively.Candidates should possess Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record-keeping.Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools).Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Colombo and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
