You will conduct product demonstrations, guide users through the platform, support customer conversion and collect feedback that helps shape product improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with job seekers interested in CV and career supportExplain UpdateMyCV’s CV Score, Job Match and CV Improvement featuresConduct short online and in-person product demonstrationsHelp users understand how their CV aligns with specific job opportunitiesFollow up with interested users and convert suitable prospects into paying customersSupport outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp and relevant communitiesCapture user questions, objections, feedback and suggestionsIdentify areas where users experience confusion or drop offMaintain accurate follow-up and conversion recordsPrepare weekly reports covering demonstrations, conversions and user feedbackRequirementsUniversity student, recent graduate or early-career professional based in the UAEStrong spoken and written EnglishConfident communicating with people from different professional backgroundsInterest in technology, recruitment, careers, sales or customer successAble to explain digital products clearly and patientlyOrganised and comfortable managing follow-ups and targetsProfessional, positive and non-aggressive approach to salesFamiliarity with LinkedIn and the UAE job market is an advantageVisa & Work AuthorisationApplicants must already hold a valid UAE residence visa and be eligible for the applicable internship or labour permit.
