If you enjoy solving real problems and seeing your work used at scale, you will feel right at home here.What You'll Do:The Intern is responsible for the overall day to day operation and settlement related to reload reconciliation and/or settlement and/or user wallet adjustment . The roles also to support Manager to perform any administrative work and reporting related.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure all settlement file from all channel are completely upload on daily basisEnsure files are reconcile on daily basisProactively check and investigate exceptional transaction from the reload reconciliationProactively check and investigate any variance related to settlement from any channelUpdate Reload reconciliation tracker on daily basisProcess and generate softpin request as an when requiredFollow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance/ Customer (if require)Ensure settlement are process accurately and timely as per agreement with merchantEnsure all adjustment of transaction are made on timely as per SLAEnsure all tracker related to wallet transaction are updated dailyFollow up issue (if any) accordinglyProactively escalate any issue to Assistant ManagerRole Requirements:Possess Diploma/Degree or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration or Finance Logistics or Supply Chain or related Professional Certification.What you get:Work your wayFlexible working hoursRewards that grow with youMonthly lifestyle allowance via TNG eWalletWhat it’s like to work here:We care about people who take ownership, speak up, and want to make things better.
