Apply & track with Apply EdgeOverviewWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Strategy & Consultancy (Stratcon) Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate consultancy and advisory and is looking to gain practical experience within a leading international Real Estate consultancy.The intern will work closely with Senior members of the RE-Stratcon team and will receive on-the-job training and exposure to live client assignments, gaining hands-on experience across real estate strategy, market research, feasibility analysis and advisory projects. This role will involve supporting senior consultants across a range of projects and providing research, analytical and financial modelling support to help deliver high-quality advice and recommendations to clients.There may also be an opportunity for the internship to transition into a permanent position, subject to performance, business requirements and the availability of a suitable permanent role.Given the geographies that are being covered by the department, we are ideally looking for a candidate who is fluent (read, write and speak) in Arabic or Russian, in addition to English, as the role will involve working with clients from these markets.The role may also require travel within the UAE and wider region, so the successful candidate should be open and flexible to travel when required.ResponsibilitiesAssist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges across the real estate sector.Support senior consultants in delivering real estate strategy, feasibility and advisory assignments.Conduct research and analyse market data, including supply, demand, market trends, competitor activity and other relevant real estate indicators.Assist with financial analysis and financial modelling to support feasibility studies and strategic recommendations.Support the preparation of client reports, presentations and other advisory materials.Assist with highest and best use analysis and other real estate advisory assessments.Support the team in preparing market assessments and recommendations for clients.Participate in client meetings, workshops and internal discussions where appropriate.Work closely with senior team members and provide research and analytical support across live projects.Maintain and update internal databases and market information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.Assist with the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings and workshops.Contribute to wider team initiatives and undertake other tasks as required.Other tasks as required.Skills and QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.Genuine interest in real estate consultancy, strategy and advisory.Strong analytical and numerical skills with a good understanding of financial analysis.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlinesProactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.Comfortable working collaboratively with senior team members and colleagues.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.Understanding the regional business environment and real estate market would be advantageous.Flexible and willing to travel within the UAE and wider regions when required.Ability to understand and use Knight Frank's internal systems and technology.Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced/proficient level.Language skills: Fluency in Arabic or Russian is highly desirable due to the client base the role will support.Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
