Internal Audit Associate

HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Associate to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in conducting internal audit assignments, risk assessments, and internal control reviews.Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, and review of supporting documents.Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.Prepare audit working papers, findings, recommendations, and reports.Coordinate with clients and follow up on audit requirements and action plans.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, or Internal ControlsExperience in Hospitality, Retail, or Real Estate is preferred.Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit procedures, and business processes.Good knowledge of IA software tools.Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA would be an advantage.
