Your RoleAs an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead and manage the internal audit function at Care Pay, providing independent and objective assurance over the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.You will work closely with senior management and relevant stakeholders to identify key risks, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement across the organization.Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead and oversee internal audit engagements across key business and operational areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Present key audit findings to senior management and relevant committees.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.Your Expertise
• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, report-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, SOCPA, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.
