As the Indonesia branch, CCFG Indonesia contributes to regional growth by applying international standards, advanced construction practices, and cross-border collaboration.Role Description The Owner at CCFG Indonesia is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the branch, overseeing project pipelines, and ensuring alignment with the group’s global objectives. Day-to-day tasks include supervising senior management, reviewing major project proposals, approving budgets, and monitoring financial performance. The Owner will lead relationship building with key clients, government agencies, and strategic partners, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also includes guiding risk management efforts, driving business development, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and ethical conduct across all operations.Qualifications Proven leadership and executive management experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry.Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving sustainable growth.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring at the organizational level.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, government bodies, and partners.Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within Indonesia and the broader region.Ability to lead diverse teams, build a high-performance culture, and mentor senior leaders.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin is highly beneficial.Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta and travel within Indonesia and internationally as needed.
