CIT Minia invests in students through scientific, social, and charitable initiatives that build both professional and personal capabilities. Key projects include Super Clinical, Survey, CIT Channel, Medical Convoy, and Orphans’ Day, all designed to enhance clinical knowledge, community engagement, and patient-centered care.Role Description The Owner role at CIT Minia is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the mission of developing clinical pharmacy practice and student potential. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing program and project planning, guiding scientific and community initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, building partnerships with academic and healthcare institutions, and supervising outreach activities such as educational programs and charitable events. The Owner also monitors performance metrics, ensures compliance with relevant policies and standards, and represents CIT Minia in external meetings and collaborations.Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team supervision, and decision-making.Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical education, with a solid understanding of clinical pharmacy practice.Strong organizational and project management skills for overseeing multiple programs and community initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, faculty, partners, and community stakeholders.Background in academic or training program development, with the ability to design and evaluate educational activities.Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure responsible financial oversight.Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to student development, community service, and ethical, patient-centered care.
