Internal Auditor (Arabic Speaker)

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor (Arabic Speaker) to evaluate internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across diversified business operations, including real estate, property management, retail, and facilities management.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.* Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments and business units.* Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.* Review procurement, finance, HR, payroll, leasing, contracts, and asset management processes.* Assess compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.* Identify potential fraud, irregularities, and control weaknesses.* Prepare professional audit reports with findings and recommendations.* Conduct special audits and investigations as authorized.* Follow up on corrective action plans and report outstanding issues.* Maintain independence, objectivity, and strict confidentiality.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience in the UAE.* Experience in real estate, property management, or diversified business groups is preferred.* CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA certification is an advantage.* Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, and corporate governance.* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.* Fluent Arabic is mandatory, with strong English comtly, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
