Internal Auditor

Internal Auditor – Industrial OperationsWe are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to oversee financial and operational audits across our industrial group, including refinery, terminal and manufacturing operations.The role requires a hands-on professional with strong financial knowledge and practical experience working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct financial and accounting audits across the Group.Review financial statements, balance sheets, general ledgers and accounting records for accuracy and compliance.Assess internal controls, financial processes and accounting procedures.Verify account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and identify financial risks.Audit accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses and payment transactions.Review procurement costs, supplier invoices, contracts and capital expenditures.Conduct inventory audits, stock reconciliations and fixed asset verification.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies and applicable regulations.Identify control weaknesses, recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.Prepare audit findings and reports for the Group CFO.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, FinanceCIA, CPA or CMA certification is mandatory.Minimum 10 years of audit experience in a refinery, manufacturing, oil and gas or heavy industrial environment.Proven ability to independently manage audit assignments from planning to reporting.Strong knowledge of financial controls, inventory management and operational auditing.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems and manual records.Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.Comfortable working independently.
