Thanks to our agile way of working, the synergies between teams, and our diversity, UNIQA is a unique organization with one team voice, one strategy, and one culture.Your tasks:Performing planned and extraordinary audits of processes in the Head office and offices of the companyPreparing a program for each specific audit engagementPreparing reports on the results of the audits, containing findings and measures to the attention of the auditees. Prepares the necessary working documentation proving the findings of the auditsPerforming follow-up checks regarding the implementation of the measures in audit reports and the decisions of the management of the companies and periodically reports their statusParticipates in the development of a risk-based annual audit plan and in the development and implementation of audit programs and proceduresParticipating in projects with consulting functionsRequirements:At least 2 years of relevant job experience (professional experience in the insurance sector will be considered as an advantage)Bachelor’s or master’s degree (degree in the field of Economics will be considered as an advantage)Fluency in English - both written and spokenProfessional certification in the field of internal audit will be considered as an advantage /CIA, CISA, CRMA etc./Computer literacy: MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet, Power BI, data analytics, specialized audit softwareKnowledge and skills in the application of the Global Internal Audit Standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors, procedures and techniques for conducting audits; knowledge in application of accounting standards; knowledge of the principles of corporate governance, risk management and good insurance practicesExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skillsWe offer:Attractive remuneration packageHealth insurance, food vouchersInduction training and a subsequent one with the team supportCareer development opportunitiesFlexible working hours and home office opportunityExcellent location, modern office, and international standards of workGreat team and internal environment supportive to innovation and team spiritAt UNIQA, we live diversity.
