📢 We're Hiring | Internal Auditor – UAE National 🇦🇪📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Organization: D1 Management💼 Employment Type: Full-Time🇦🇪 Nationality: UAE Nationals Only (Mandatory)📊 Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Internal Auditing (Mandatory)Join Our Team!D1 Management is seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Internal Auditor (UAE National) to join our team in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, assessing organizational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing independent recommendations to strengthen corporate governance and operational efficiency across our entities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and report on risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance activities.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes.Develop and maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), audit programs, and working papers.Identify control deficiencies, operational risks, and areas of non-compliance, recommending appropriate corrective actions.Prepare detailed internal audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.Review financial transactions, procurement processes, and operational activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.Support the preparation and execution of the annual risk-based internal audit plan.Investigate irregularities and potential control weaknesses when required.Collaborate with department heads to improve internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance practices.Qualifications & RequirementsUAE Nationality is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an Internal Auditor role is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated experience conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits.Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, internal controls, and corporate governance.Hands-on experience preparing Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), audit working papers, and audit reports.Familiarity with the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, COSO Internal Control Framework, and applicable UAE regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently, manage multiple audit assignments, and maintain professional confidentiality and integrity.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.Previous experience in healthcare, government-related organizations, or diversified business groups is an advantage.Experience using audit management systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools is preferred.📩 How to ApplyInterested and qualified UAE National candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV to:📧 hr.dept@d1m.aeEmail Subject: Application – Internal Auditor (UAE National)Please note: UAE Nationality and a minimum of 5 years of relevant internal auditing experience are mandatory requirements for this position.We look forward to receiving your application!
