Internal Auditor (UAE National)

The role entails establishing and maintaining an independent Audit Function to provide assurance and consultation services. Responsibilities include planning and executing internal audits, analysing evidence, and providing recommendations for improvement. The incumbent ensures compliance with laws and regulations, maintains professional standards, and incorporates Risk Management into processes and systems. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports, and contributing to continue improvement initiative for quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities & deliver:Internal AuditPlans and performs audit procedures, collecting data/ information, reviewing and analyses evidence, processes and procedures. Provides recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed and submits overall recommendations to the ManagerPrepares internal audit reports and communicates the results of audit via written reports and presentations to the Manager, ensuring audit reports are accurate, objective and clearCommunicates the results of internal audits to the teamComplianceReviews established systems, policies and procedures to ensure the company follows the required laws and regulations for its product and servicesEnsures the standards to the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics are maintained throughout the teamSuggests the inclusion of risk management in the implementation of new processes and systems, as well as carry out changes to existing procedures and systemsMIS and ReportsPrepares timely and accurate department statements and reports to meet organization reporting requirements
