This role is key to monitoring, assessing, and enhancing compliance frameworks, managing internal control processes, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.You will act as a bridge between operational teams and senior compliance leadership, providing oversight, advisory support, and actionable recommendations to strengthen compliance and risk management practices.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Monitoring & Oversight: Implement and manage compliance monitoring plans, conduct regular assessments of internal processes and controls, track compliance breaches, and ensure corrective actions.Policy & Procedure Management: Support policy development and rollout, ensure policies are updated with regulatory changes, and provide training and guidance to employees.Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify compliance risks and gaps, support the development of the Internal Controls Framework, and work with business units to resolve compliance issues.Coordination with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between compliance and operational teams, coordinate audits, regulatory inspections, and escalate significant concerns.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance reports and dashboards, document incidents and risk assessments, and contribute to executive-level reporting.Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions and campaigns on compliance, fraud prevention, and ethical conduct.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, or related field. CIA or CPA; professional certifications (CCEP, CIA, CISA, ISO 37301 Lead Implementer) preferred.Experience:5–7 years in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.Investigation and report-writing experience.Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 37301, ISO 37001, COSO, etc.).1 year experience with Tableau or Power BI.Experience managing a team of 2+ members.Desirable: Knowledge of local/international regulations, experience in theme parks, leisure, entertainment, or hospitality, and managing consultants.Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teamsHigh ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrityProficiency in compliance software, risk management tools, and MS OfficeProject and document management skillsAdditional Information:Frequent travel across Miral-owned/managed theme parks.Driving license and personal vehicle are desirable.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued — we’d love to hear from you.
