The Internal Medicine Doctor will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and health counseling. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations and examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with other specialties such as Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, and Critical Care. The role involves participation in ward rounds, emergency coverage as needed, documentation of clinical findings and medical records, and adherence to NABH standards and hospital protocols. The Internal Medicine Doctor is also expected to contribute to clinical discussions, case presentations, and hospital-based academic activities, while supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and respect.Qualifications Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and management of adult medical conditions, including experience with chronic disease management, emergency care, and evidence-based treatment protocols.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across specialties such as Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Critical Care, and Surgery for integrated patient care.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records, writing clear clinical notes, and using hospital information systems in line with NABH and other regulatory requirements.Commitment to compassionate, ethical patient care, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients and families in a clear and respectful manner.Willingness to participate in hospital seminars, clinical meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to keep abreast of current medical practices.Experience in a multispecialty or
