About the RoleProtelicious is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to advise the company on metabolic health, chronic-disease prevention, adult nutrition, healthy aging, and responsible clinical positioning.The physician advisor will contribute medical insight as the company develops high-protein, zero-added-sugar products intended for health-conscious consumers, including members of the GLP-1 and longevity communities.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on adult protein needs, healthy aging, and metabolic-health considerationsReview health education and physician-facing materials for scientific and clinical appropriatenessProvide insight regarding diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, sarcopenia, and cardiometabolic riskAdvise on potential healthcare partnerships and provider-engagement strategiesSupport responsible, compliance-conscious product positioningParticipate in periodic advisory meetingsQualificationsMD or DO degreeBoard certification or eligibility in Internal MedicineClinical, academic, population-health, or healthcare leadership experienceInterest in nutrition, preventive care, longevity, or metabolic medicineStrong communication skills and an evidence-based perspective
