Job DescriptionOur client, a physician-led outpatient practice known for top national quality outcomes and long-term patient relationships, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician. This role supports a quality-first care model with physician autonomy, strong clinical collaboration, and an infrastructure designed to enhance the doctor-patient relationship. Possible physician partnership track available.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity. The care model is quality-driven, prioritizing thoughtful, comprehensive patient care over high-volume expectations. Manage complex and ongoing patient care plans with an emphasis on measurable quality outcomes. Call: Provide limited weekend coverage, approximately two times per month (approximately 4 hours on Saturdays). RequirementsMD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure. Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care with strong clinical judgment and patient communication. Must be able to work within a physician-led organization where quality metrics (including preventive screenings and chronic disease management) are prioritized.
