This environment allows clinicians to practice at the top of their license while maintaining a meaningful connection with their patients.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity. The care model is quality-driven, prioritizing thoughtful, comprehensive patient care over high-volume expectations. Manage complex and ongoing patient care plans with an emphasis on measurable quality outcomes. Call: Provide limited weekend coverage, approximately two times per month (approximately 4 hours on Saturdays). Requirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure. Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
