Its vision is to bring world-class medical care into patients’ homes through skilled professionals, reliable services, and high-quality clinical standards.Role Description The Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive in-person medical care to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical assessments, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with nursing, physiotherapy, and allied health staff. The physician will also provide preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the home-care setting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dungarpur, requiring regular collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and dedication to high-quality, ethical medical practice.QualificationsMedical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution and completed residency or equivalent training in Internal Medicine.Valid medical license/registration to practice as an Internal Medicine Physician as per local regulatory requirements.Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing common adult medical conditions, including chronic disease management and preventive care.Ability to interpret lab results and other diagnostic tests, and integrate findings into clear, evidence-based treatment plans.Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with a focus on empathy, respect, and shared decision-making.Experience working in home-care or community-based settings is an advantage, along with familiarity with multidisciplinary care coordination.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate medical documentation.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
