Al Deyafa Medical Centre is a patient-focused healthcare facility located in Al Nahda, Sharjah, providing comprehensive medical care with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and personalised healthcare. We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing medical team.Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive internal medicine care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. We are looking for a physician with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.Develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Manage patients with chronic conditions through regular follow-up and ongoing care. Review and interpret laboratory investigations, diagnostic tests and imaging reports.Provide preventive healthcare, health education and appropriate screening recommendations.Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and make appropriate referrals. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and clinical documentation. Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans and medical advice clearly to patients and their families. Work collaboratively with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Adhere to professional, ethical and clinical standards while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety.
Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.MD in Internal Medicine.Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience after postgraduate qualification.Valid DHA, MOH or SHA medical licence/eligibility.UAE clinical experience is preferred.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and patient-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.Malayalam or other South Indian languages would be an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and clinically competent physician who can confidently manage a diverse patient population and build strong relationships with patients.
