Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Pilates Reformer Foundation Training

Welcome to OVA Pilates. We're looking for a high-performing, experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team and safeguard the quality of our Reformer Pilates training programme.About Ova Pilates:OVA Pilates is a sister-founded, community-driven reformer Pilates studio in Business Bay, Dubai, built on the belief that strength is built and confidence takes shape through focused, form-first reformer training.We're looking for high-performing, experienced freelance specialists to join our team delivering our REPs UAE-endorsed Pilates Reformer Foundation Training programme.Role Overview: You'll independently quality-assure delivery and assessment across our REPs UAE-endorsed Pilates Reformer Foundation Training programme, in line with PD:Approval and REPs UAE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sample and observe teaching delivery and assessment activity across the cohort (minimum 20% of delivery quality-assured per year)Review and countersign assessment decisions to confirm consistency and fairnessConsult with learners and meet regularly with the Tutor and AssessorReview systems, processes, and documentation to maintain consistent quality standardsReport findings to support the programme's annual renewal and ongoing complianceMust-Have Qualifications:A recognised IQA qualification, e.g. Level 4 Award in Understanding the IQA of Assessment Processes and Practice, Level 4 Award/Certificate in the IQA of Assessment Processes and Practice, or V1 (formerly D34)Must also be a qualified Assessor (ideally also qualified as a Tutor), holding the Pilates Reformer or Comprehensive Pilates credentials described above, including REPs UAE recognitionMinimum 6 months' experience in an internal quality assurance capacityNice to Have:Prior experience with awarding-body compliance, audits, or endorsement processesStrong, clear report-writing skillsA confident, independent style of judgement balanced with collaborative feedback
