Collect and summarize customers' feedback on product and technology-related issues such asrequirements, inquiries, complaints etc., and provide timely, y, correct and complete feedback onthe issues to company, y, track the process of internal resolution and resolution results until thecustomer confirms the closure of the issue. 2. Responsible for product testing ,includes both hardware and software testing and requirestimely and accurate feedback to the company on test results. 3. Communicate with customers on products and technologies, and enhance customersatisfaction. 4. Responsible for aftfter-sales, including but not limited to on-site maintenance,productinstallation, etc. Job requirements:1. Majoring in network, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, withbachelor degree or above. 2. Good communication and coordination skills, with good emergency response ability forunexpected events. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, y, strong execution and professionalism. 4. Energetic and able to handle high-intensity work.5. Ability to work independently, y, manage time effectively, y, and handle multiple taskssimultaneously. 6. English is a must, and Arabic is a plus.7. Experience in 4/5G product testing, familiarity with CPE remote management(ACS) ispreferred .8. Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/P/CPE/ONT, T, etc.) is preferred. 9. Experience in working with Operators would be a plus.
