The culture is collaborative, there's a real buzz around the office and people tend to build long-term careers because they enjoy the variety, the people and the opportunities to grow.The OpportunityIf you enjoy managing orders, solving problems and being the person who brings lots of moving parts together, this could be a great fit.You'll work with international customers, colleagues in the US, manufacturing partners in Asia and teams across Sales, Planning and Supply Chain, helping manage the process from customer order through production and ultimately delivery.It's a role with plenty of variety and autonomy, where you'll need to understand how the different parts of the process connect. Priorities can change quickly, so you'll be comfortable balancing customer requirements, production timelines and commercial needs, while knowing when something needs attention and taking ownership of getting it resolved.The hiring manager is looking for someone who thinks beyond the task in front of them. Someone who's naturally curious, asks the right questions and enjoys getting to the root of a problem rather than simply escalating it. You'll be encouraged to use your judgement, suggest solutions and contribute ideas as the team and function continue to develop.The RoleDay to day you'll be:Managing international customer orders from purchase order through to delivery.Coordinating purchasing and production with overseas manufacturing partners.Tracking order and production status, identifying potential delays and resolving issues.Working closely with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain and international teams.Building relationships with customers and responding to day-to-day account queries.Supporting forecasting, planning and wider commercial operations.Managing different customer processes, requirements and order specifications.Finding practical solutions when production, timings or minimum order quantities create challenges.Keeping information accurate and making sure everyone involved has the updates they need.Looking for opportunities to improve processes and make things work better.The PersonI'm deliberately keeping the background fairly open because there are several routes that could lead well into this role.You might currently be working as an:Account Coordinator / International Account CoordinatorSales or Wholesale CoordinatorSales Operations CoordinatorCustomer Supply Chain CoordinatorBuying Assistant / Buying CoordinatorPurchasing or Procurement CoordinatorProduction Coordinator / Production MerchandiserMerchandising or Supply Chain AssistantYou don't need to have done this exact job before.You might have stronger customer and international account experience, or you might come from the buying, production, supply chain or logistics side and want a role that gives you broader commercial and customer exposure.What matters is that you're comfortable working with orders, enjoy solving problems and can keep on top of lots of moving parts without losing the detail.You'll need experience within a product-led or consumer goods environment, with exposure to international customers, overseas suppliers or manufacturers, wholesale operations, purchasing, production or supply chain.We're open to different backgrounds, but you'll need to understand the journey of an order and be comfortable working across multiple teams to keep things moving.If you're looking for a busy, varied role where you'll be trusted, challenged and given the opportunity to grow, I'd love to hear from you.BH37073
