International Agencies & Business Development Manager
Location: UAE Department: Business DevelopmentReports To: General Manager / Managing DirectorJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and secure international brands, manufacturers, and exclusive distribution opportunities in the UAE and GCC.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach international brands, manufacturers, and suppliers.Develop and secure exclusive agency and distribution agreements.Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, territory, and commercial conditions.Conduct market research and assess business opportunities and profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.Prepare business proposals and commercial presentations.Coordinate with internal teams for new product and brand launches.Attend international exhibitions and business meetings.Maintain the business development pipeline and provide regular management reports.Requirements5+ years of experience in international business development, distribution, import/export, or brand acquisition.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience dealing with international manufacturers or brand owners.Good knowledge of UAE/GCC markets is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Email: Hr1@almahy.comHr1@althakeel.com
