Eclectic Recruitment is working with a highly regarded London law firm looking to appoint an Associate (3–6 PQE) into its growing International Arbitration & Commercial Disputes team.The successful candidate will advise on complex international arbitration and commercial litigation matters, acting for a broad range of businesses, financial institutions and international clients across high-value cross-border disputes.What's on OfferHigh-quality international arbitration and commercial disputes work.Excellent responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.Complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.Genuine long-term progression within a collaborative team.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and hybrid working.The RoleManage key workstreams on complex disputes and run smaller matters with increasing autonomy.Draft submissions, pleadings, witness statements and strategic correspondence.Assist on international arbitrations and commercial litigation before the English courts.Work alongside leading counsel, experts and international advisers.Attend hearings, client meetings and arbitration proceedings.Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.About You3–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration.Excellent drafting and analytical skills.Experience managing disclosure exercises and complex document reviews.Confident taking ownership of work and building strong client relationships.Experience in public international law, sovereign disputes, investment treaty arbitration, construction, aviation or asset recovery would be advantageous but is not essential.If you're looking to accelerate your career within a leading disputes practice offering high-quality work and genuine responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time, but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
