A leading US law firm is looking to hire a 2-3 PQE associate into its highly regarded International Arbitration team in London. The practice is widely recognised for its work on complex cross-border disputes, particularly across the energy, infrastructure, renewables and technology sectors, and continues to see strong growth off the back of an excellent pipeline of work.Associates can expect exposure to high-value commercial and investor-state arbitrations, including multi-billion-dollar energy disputes, joint venture conflicts, infrastructure claims, gas price review arbitrations, and complex technology and licensing matters.One of the key attractions of the role is the quality and consistency of the work. The team benefits from a steady flow of referrals from the firm's market-leading corporate, energy and technology practices, resulting in a diverse caseload and a strong long-term pipeline at a time when many arbitration teams are facing a more unpredictable market.The successful candidate will work closely with a number of highly regarded arbitration partners and gain hands-on responsibility from an early stage, including direct client exposure and involvement across all phases of arbitration proceedings. The team is known for its collaborative culture, low attrition, and genuine commitment to associate development and progression.Candidates should be England & Wales qualified (or qualified in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction) and currently practising within a leading international arbitration team.
