قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجInternational Arbitration Partner / Junior PartnerMadrid | International Arbitration | Partnership OpportunityAn established international law firm is seeking to appoint a Partner or Junior Partner to join its growing International Arbitration practice in Madrid.This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded cross-border disputes team acting on complex international arbitrations for multinational corporates, investors and state-related entities across a broad range of jurisdictions.The practice continues to advise on high-value disputes across a diverse international client base and is looking to strengthen its capabilities through the appointment of an ambitious arbitration lawyer with strong technical credentials and a commercial approach to practice development.The RoleYou will work alongside an experienced international arbitration team advising on complex cross-border disputes, including: • International Commercial Arbitration • Investment Arbitration • Construction & Infrastructure Disputes • Energy & Natural Resources • Arbitration-related Court ProceedingsThe work spans multiple jurisdictions and regularly involves proceedings under leading institutional rules, including ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL.The OpportunityThe firm is interested in speaking with established Partners, Junior Partners and exceptional Counsel who are looking to take the next step within a collaborative international platform.Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate: • A strong background in international arbitration. • Experience acting on complex cross-border disputes. • The ability to develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a practice. • Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills. • An international outlook and experience working with clients across multiple jurisdictions. • A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach.Experience within investment, commercial, construction or energy arbitration would all be of interest.Applications are welcomed from lawyers qualified in any jurisdiction.
