This position oversees day-to-day coordination of international vehicle export operations, including managing inquiries from global buyers, aligning inventory availability with market demand, and supporting documentation for customs and shipping. The coordinator communicates with logistics partners, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate paperwork, timely deliveries, and compliance with international trade regulations. Typical activities include preparing and tracking export documents, maintaining records of transactions, assisting with pricing and payment follow-up, and responding to customer service requests from international clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess export options, and monitor transaction accuracy.Effective communication skills for coordinating with international clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.Proficiency in administrative assistance, including document preparation, record-keeping, and workflow coordination.Basic to intermediate finance skills for handling invoices, payment tracking, and cost calculations in export transactions.Customer service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional, long-term relationships.Experience in international trade, logistics, or automotive exports is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations is an advantage.Competence with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and basic CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
