Who We Are?For over a quarter of a century, Başarsoft has been a leader in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), delivering CMMI Level 3 mapping services and software across four continents.We provide a comprehensive suite of products and services, including GIS-based software development, map infrastructure, data collection, smart city solutions, branch location analysis, and integrations.Partnering with global giants like Google, Apple, and iGO, we continue to meet both local and global mapping needs with innovative solutions.Who We Are Looking For?Minimum 7 years of experience in international business development and sales within the software, technology, or IT solutions sector, including at least 3 years of team management experience,Proven experience in international market development, B2B sales, and business development,Strong expertise in developing market entry strategies, identifying target markets, and conducting comprehensive market and competitive analysis,Proven track record of generating, developing, and converting customer and sales opportunities into measurable business results in new markets,Hands-on experience in developing and managing international partners, distributors, solution partners, and strategic business alliances,Strong ability to identify new growth opportunities by closely monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies,Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills,Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset,Fluent in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is considered a strong advantage,Willingness and availability to travel internationally.Thank you for taking the time to apply for a position at Başarsoft!
