International Business Development and Marketing Research AssociateeBEYONDS, an international eBusiness & Digital Marketing Solutions company serving a prestigious clientele, is seeking a driven, curious, business-savvy individual to join our Business Development team and support our international growth.This role focuses on identifying and developing international projects that align with eBEYONDS IT, digital, and BPO capabilities to secure new international BPO engagements and long-term clients.eBEYONDS already has a separate team focused on local projects and opportunities. This role is therefore primarily focused on international business development, rather than the local market.You’ll work closely with our Head of Business Development, gaining hands-on exposure to international markets, prospecting, client acquisition, BPO opportunities, strategic partnerships, tenders, proposals, and technology-led business opportunities. You’ll also be involved in researching potential clients, understanding their requirements, identifying where eBEYONDS can add value, and helping develop tailored proposals and presentations to convert those opportunities into long-term engagements.In simple terms: we’re looking for someone who can help us find the next international client, identify where our capabilities can solve their problems, and ultimately help bring more BPO and international projects into eBEYONDS.Job PrerequisitesBSc Degree in business management, marketing or equivalent professional qualification.Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to independently research, write and structure professional business proposals, tender responses and client communications.Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Research or a related field is preferred.Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Passion for international business development, market expansion and technology.Interest in IT, BPO, SaaS, digital solutions and emerging technologies.Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities and deadlines.Ability to work under minimal supervisionBeing self-motivated and achievement-oriented with a winning attitudeIf you’re confident that you’ve got what we’re looking for, forward your CV to jobs@ebeyonds.com with ‘Application for the Post of International Business Development and Marketing Research Associate’.
