International Business Development Manager

Role - Manager/ Senior Manager - West Africa & Middle EastHiring Location: NoidaMarkets: West Africa & Middle EastFunction: International BusinessReporting To: Regional Head – International Business - AfricaRole ObjectiveTo lead and grow the company’s agrochemical business across West Africa and Middle East, with primary responsibility for sales, business development, product registration, distributor management and strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute country-wise business plans to achieve sales, profitability and market-share targets.Drive new business development through distributors, strategic customers, partnerships and new market opportunities.Identify opportunities for new molecules, formulations, combinations and product registrations.Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors, importers and strategic customers.Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, volumes, payment terms and annual business plans.Develop market intelligence on crops, products, competitors, pricing and regulatory trends.Coordinate with regulatory teams/consultants for product registration, renewals and approvals.Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, inventory, receivables and profitability.Explore licensing, collaboration, registration acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities.Provide regular business reviews, market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.Candidate ProfileGraduate in Agriculture / Life Sciences, with MBA/PGDM preferred.7+ years of experience in agrochemicals/crop protection/agri-inputs.Strong experience in international business, preferably with exposure to West Africa and/or Middle East markets.Good understanding of agrochemical registration, distribution and market-development models.Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa and Middle East.
