This role focuses on expanding Simplilearn’s international presence by identifying growth opportunities in global markets and supporting strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, analyzing enrollment and performance data, and contributing to international business development plans. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and sales to tailor offerings for different regions and support the execution of international projects and initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and proposals to inform leadership decisions and strengthen international collaborations.QualificationsMinimum 1 years of experience maximum 3 years Immediate Joiners Preferred Candidate should based in Bangalore PreferredStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market, learner, and business performance data.Proficiency in International Development, including understanding of global education and skills ecosystems.Knowledge of International Business practices, cross-border partnerships, and global market dynamics.Experience in Research, including qualitative and quantitative methods for market and policy analysis.Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and track international initiatives.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Business, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams and external stakeholders.Prior experience in education technology, training, or skills development sectors is an advantage.Comfort with data tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or project management platforms).
