Monitor actual performance against budget, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.Prepare regular financial and management reports for overseas businesses, including P&L analysis, operational performance reviews, variance analysis, and forward-looking forecasts.Provide financial support throughout the lifecycle of international franchise partnerships, including daily settlement, budgeting, periodic reporting, financial system implementation, and the use of analytical tools.Partner closely with local finance teams across international markets to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional finance and business teams to support the launch of new markets, business models, partnerships, and operational initiatives.Develop standardized, scalable, and data-driven financial management frameworks for international operations.Co-develop financial dashboards and customized reporting tools covering P&L performance, operational metrics, and key business drivers.Develop financial guidelines and training materials and provide relevant training and support to overseas finance and business teams.Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support other strategic finance initiatives as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.At least five years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, management reporting, or a related finance function.Experience in retail, FMCG, chain food and beverage, or other multi-site consumer businesses is preferred.Experience working in a multinational organization or supporting international markets, overseas operations, or franchise businesses is an advantage.Solid knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or other international accounting and reporting standards.Strong financial modelling and data-analysis capabilities, with the ability to manage large datasets and translate complex information into clear business insights.Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving international business environment.Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographical locations.Fluency in English is required, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, primarily to Xiamen and other Asia-Pacific markets.What We OfferMarket-competitive package.Learning & leadership opportunities through hands-on experience and on-the-job training.Career development through cross-functional exposure, short-term assignments, and international experiences.Coffee & product benefits, including coffee vouchers and selected Luckin Coffee products.Team building & cultural activities to foster collaboration and a strong sense of belonging.For more information, please visit: www.luckincoffee.com
