🌍 International Financial Controller | West London | £95,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe’re looking for an experienced International Financial Controller to join a fast-paced, growing international sports media business based in West London.This is a senior finance role with responsibility for maintaining strong financial reporting, controls and governance across an international business, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider organisation.The RoleAs International Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and effectiveness of the group’s financial reporting and control environment.You’ll be responsible for:Leading and overseeing international financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictionsEnsuring robust financial controls, processes and governance are maintainedManaging month-end and year-end reporting processesSupporting the preparation of consolidated management and statutory accountsReviewing and improving finance processes, systems and controlsWorking closely with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders internationallySupporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planningEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and regulatory requirementsWorking with auditors and other external stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of the finance functionAbout YouWe’re looking for a technically strong finance professional with significant experience in financial reporting and financial controls, ideally gained within an international or multi-entity environment.You’ll ideally have:Strong financial reporting experience, including month-end and year-end closeExtensive experience designing, implementing and maintaining financial controlsExperience working across multiple countries, entities or jurisdictionsStrong technical accounting knowledgeExperience with consolidation and group reportingExcellent attention to detail and a strong control mindsetThe ability to work confidently with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical, organisational and communication skillsA proactive approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving international businessACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualificationExperience within sports, media, entertainment, broadcasting or another international consumer-facing business would be advantageous, but is not essential.📍 West London🏢 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home💷 £95,000 base salary + bonus🎁 Competitive benefits packageThis is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international sports media business and take ownership of a key area of its global finance function.Interested?
