MAGHCO is committed to building value-driven partnerships that help power global industries and optimize cost and efficiency for its clients.Role Description The International Logistics Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role manages end-to-end international shipments for energy and petrochemical products, including planning, booking, and tracking transport across multiple regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with international trade, customs, and safety regulations. The coordinator monitors inventory levels, updates internal systems, prepares shipping and export documents, and resolves logistics issues or delays in a timely, customer-focused manner. The role also involves analyzing logistics data, supporting continuous improvement of supply chain processes, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality.Qualifications Strong Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills to handle international shipments and stock levels effectively.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients across different regions.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and propose process improvements.Experience in international logistics, trade compliance, and documentation within energy, petrochemical, or related industries is highly beneficial.Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping practices, along with proficiency in logistics or ERP software.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages used in global trade is an advantage.
