International Patient Operations Coordinator📍 Antalya Based | Full-TimeWe are looking for an organised, responsible and patient-focused International Patient Operations Coordinator to join our international dental clinic team in Antalya.This role is responsible for managing the complete patient experience during their treatment journey in Turkey — from arrival and hotel arrangements to clinic visits, transfers, treatment coordination and post-treatment satisfaction follow-up.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international patients’ treatment visits in AntalyaOrganise and manage airport, hotel and clinic transfersCoordinate hotel accommodation and patient arrival/departure plansManage daily patient schedules and clinic appointmentsEnsure patients arrive at the correct departments and appointments on timeCommunicate with patients throughout their stay in TurkeyCoordinate closely with doctors, clinical teams, drivers, hotels and patient coordinatorsMonitor the patient experience during treatment and resolve operational issuesFollow up with patients after treatmentMonitor patient satisfaction and collect feedbackSupport patients with any questions or concerns following their treatmentKeep patient information, visit details and operational records up to dateEnsure a smooth and professional patient journey from arrival to departureRequirementsFluent English, both spoken and writtenStrong communication and organisational skillsPatient-focused and solution-oriented approachAbility to manage multiple patients and schedules simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailAbility to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentGood teamwork and coordination skillsConfident using CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital communication toolsPrevious experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, tourism operations or patient coordination is an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryPerformance-based bonusesFull-time position in AntalyaProfessional training and ongoing supportCareer development opportunities within a rapidly growing international dental companyIf you enjoy working with people, managing operations and creating a smooth and positive experience for international patients, we would love to hear from you.Industry: Hospitals & Health CareEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Antalya, Turkey
