This position will coordinate international pharmacovigilance activities and support ongoing patient safety across selected medicinal products.Location: Berlin, GermanyWorking Model: Hybrid — 2 days working from homeSalary Range: €75,000–€90,000, depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:Follow up and continuously evaluate the benefit-risk ratio of selected medicinal productsMonitor and evaluate international scientific literature for safety-related findingsImplement and support signal detection based on ICSR analyses and literature monitoringCoordinate regulatory activities in the area of pharmacovigilanceSupport safety-related SmPC variations and ensure timely submissionsContribute to the creation and updating of Reference Safety Information (RSI) documentsSupport ICSR management with medical expertiseParticipate in inspections and internal and external auditsCreate, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working InstructionsCoordinate quality assurance measures to further strengthen patient safetyRequirements:Degree in Human Medicine or another relevant scientific discipline5+ years of experience in pharmacovigilanceExperience evaluating medical literature and confidence working with medical terminologyGood knowledge of drug regulations and approval processesKnowledge of risk assessment and risk minimisationHigh level of quality awareness and the ability to manage complex medical and regulatory topicsStructured, meticulous, and independent working styleHigh level of reliability and responsibilityExcellent English, particularly written English and medical terminologyGerman is an advantageWe encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
