International sales-Export Head( Upto 18LPA)

Role Description The Export Head (International Sales & Projects) role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing export strategies for organic products, identifying and managing international sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts. The Export Head will oversee end-to-end export operations, including pricing, contracts, logistics coordination, documentation, and regulatory compliance for different markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, sales forecasting, project planning for new market entry, monitoring performance against targets, and collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries. The role also requires participation in trade fairs, client meetings, and regular reporting to leadership on export performance and growth initiatives.Qualifications Proven experience in international sales, export management, or global business development, preferably in FMCG, food, or organic products.Strong skills in market research, sales planning, and project management for international market expansion.Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple countries.Ability to build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners, with strong negotiation and communication skills.Comfort with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using standard office and sales tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in international business is an advantage.Experience working with food safety standards and certifications; familiarity with organic product regulations is beneficial.Willingness to travel internationally as needed and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
