International Sales Specialist

Minimum 2 years of proven dental treatment sales experience is required. Darya Dental Turkey is looking for a results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Istanbul.You will communicate with English-speaking prospective patients via phone calls and WhatsApp, guide them through their treatment journey, and convert leads into confirmed patients.ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up international patient leads via phone and WhatsAppBuild strong relationships with prospective patientsPresent treatment plans and quotations confidentlyConvert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targetsWork closely with patient coordinators, dentists, and the sales teamMaintain accurate records in the CRM systemDeliver an excellent patient experience from first contact to arrivalRequirementsMinimum 2 years of dental treatment sales experienceFluent English, both written and spokenStrong sales passion and closing skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesConfidence in handling objections and negotiationsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedTeam player with a positive attitudeComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication toolsIf you are passionate about sales, enjoy connecting with people, and have a proven track record in dental sales, we would love to hear from you.
