From cargo hold and tank cleaning to descaling and vessel maintenance, our expert team delivers tailor-made solutions that keep global shipping moving efficiently, safely, and sustainably.As a fast-growing company with a global presence across hundreds of ports, we combine speed, precision, and deep industry knowledge to support our clients around the clock.This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team, take ownership of international logistics operations, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, global industry. Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced International Shipping & Logistics Specialist to manage international shipments from planning through final delivery.You will coordinate time-critical shipments across our global network, working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient execution from origin through final deliveryPrepare and review all required export/import and shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirementsLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, shippers, receivers, agents, and other logistics partners worldwideProactively monitor shipments, identify potential delays or operational issues, and coordinate appropriate solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records and ensure timely completion of all relevant operational updatesCoordinate with the Spares Department, Technical Team, and other internal functions to support service requirements and troubleshoot logistics-related issuesEvaluate available shipping options and contribute to reliable, and cost-effective solutionsAccurately post and maintain transactions and logistics information within the company’s ERP systemContribute to the continuous improvement of logistics procedures and day-to-day operational efficiencyKey QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have:A Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Freight forwarding, Marine supply, or similar international logistics environmentAt least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or a similar international logistics environmentSolid understanding of international shipping processes, documentation, and freight operationsProven ability to independently coordinate multiple international shipmentsPrevious experience in purchasing/procurement, particularly within the maritime or technical sector, will be considered a strong advantageTechnical understanding or familiarity with marine equipment, spare parts, chemicals, or other technical products will be considered a plusHands-on experience with SoftOne ERP will be considered a plusExcellent command of English, both written and verbalStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate and address operational challengesAbility to prioritize effectively, manage multiple assignments, and meet demanding deadlinesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a teamA strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering excellent serviceWhy Join Us?Competitive remuneration package, aligned with experience and qualificationsPrivate group health insurance planMonthly meal allowance via prepaid cardA dynamic, international, and collaborative working environmentContinuous opportunities for professional training and developmentOpportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility within a rapidly expanding companyExposure to international shipping operations and a global network of partners and customersIf you are an experienced logistics professional who thrives in a demanding international environment, takes ownership, and enjoys solving operational challenges, we would like to hear from you.
