International Student Counsellor

The RoleAs an International Student Recruitment Executive, you will counsel prospective students from local and international backgrounds on higher education opportunities available through our partner institutions.You will be responsible for building strong relationships and establishing trust with applicants throughout their enrolment journey.The role also involves managing student information accurately, completing university application documentation, and supporting visa application processing.RequirementsMinimum of two years’ experience in student recruitment, student counselling, or a similar roleKnowledge and experience in visa processing and related documentation handlingProven ability to achieve monthly student conversion targetsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organisational, data-management, and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is preferredAbility to work Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PMStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective studentsWhat We OfferAttractive remuneration packageAttractive sales commissions and incentivesTransport provided after workComprehensive trainingDefinite career development and growth opportunitiesApplicants should be able to travel to the office location in Boralesgamuwa Monday to Friday as this is an on site position.
