Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking an experienced International Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage international supply chain activities supporting the Group’s growing regional and global operations.The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of products across international markets, ensuring efficient supply planning, international logistics, import and export operations, inventory availability, supplier coordination, and timely delivery across multiple countries.The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in international supply chain operations, with a solid understanding of cross-border logistics, international suppliers, freight management, customs requirements, lead times, documentation, and multi-country supply chain coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage international supply chain activities across multiple countries and markets.Coordinate the end-to-end movement of products from international suppliers to warehouses, distribution centers, and markets.Manage international logistics, including air, sea, and land freight.Oversee import and export operations, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and cross-border requirements.Coordinate closely with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.Monitor international lead times, shipping schedules, transit times, and delivery performance.Ensure product availability across markets while maintaining efficient inventory levels.Identify potential supply disruptions, shipping delays, customs issues, and international supply risks, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.Coordinate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.Support market expansion, new country launches, product launches, and international distribution requirements.Manage supply chain requirements across multiple brands, SKUs, warehouses, and markets.Monitor international freight costs and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and cost effectiveness.Ensure compliance with applicable import, export, customs, trade, and shipping regulations.Develop and monitor international supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, logistics performance, and service levels.Lead continuous improvement initiatives across international supply chain processes, systems, and operations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, with strong exposure to international and cross-border operations.Strong practical experience in international logistics, import/export operations, freight management, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.Experience managing supply chain activities across multiple countries or regions is required.Strong understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, lead times, and trade requirements.Experience working with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers.Experience within retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion, consumer goods, or other high-volume multi-SKU environments is highly preferred.Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of ERP, supply chain, and logistics systems.Ability to manage complex international operations in a fast-growing and rapidly changing business environment.Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of regional and international growth.
