Qualifications

Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program.Licensure: Must have an active State medical license. Must be Board Certified.Experience: Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred.Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficient in conducting medical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and utilizing electronic health records.Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Examines and tests patients to assess medical conditions.Analyzes records and test results to diagnose patients.Prescribes and administers treatments, medications, and therapies.Explains procedures and discusses test results with patients.Collects and maintains patient information and records.Refers patients to specialists and submits reports to the CMO.Advises patients and the community on health and disease prevention.Maintains confidentiality and complies with regulations.Plans and administers health programs and standards.Attends monthly, quarterly, and educational meetings.Treats all patients regardless of condition.Provides 24-hour on-call service on a rotating basis.Conducts research on treatments and disease prevention.Obtains and maintains hospital admitting privileges.Performs other assigned duties.How to Apply: If you are ready to take the next step in your medical career and make a difference in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!
