Job Opportunity & Description:Record to Report:Assist with inter-company tasks including generating debit notes (DN) in SAP, preparing monthly matching and aging reports, and investigating variancesPerform bank reconciliations by clearing open items and preparing reconciliation reportsAssist in balance sheet reconciliations for selected accounts and support month-end closing through journal voucher preparation and postingProcure-to-Pay (P2P) - Account Payable: Process invoices in Ariba/SAP from 3-way matching to payment, ensuring accurate and timely postingHandle staff claims by verifying supporting documents and entitlements for timely disbursementSupport monthly analysis reporting and perform ad hoc duties as assigned to meet business needsProcure-to-Pay (P2P) - Procurement Support Operations: Maintain vendor master data in SAP Ariba, handle VMDM enquiries, and liaise with FICO teams to ensure compliance with business requirementsSupport supplier enablement on Ariba Network, including supplier communication, data setup, and coordination with internal stakeholders and Ariba teamsAssist with contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities and ensure proper documentation, while maintaining timely updates in ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing systemGroup Treasury Operations:Assist in cashflow forecasting, liquidity reporting (LAR), and monitoring bank balances across entitiesPerform liquidity and variance analysis, ensuring data accuracy and validation while liaising with stakeholdersSupport treasury governance, documentation, and audit-related activitiesNote: There are several internship positions available across various departments. Requirements

Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of an Accounting, Finance or related program.Must be proficient in both written and spoken EnglishExcel academically with minimum CGPA 3.20 or second class upper or equivalentMinimum internship duration would be 12 weeks or aboveCompulsory internship placements required by universityWilling to work in Putrajaya, IOI Tower
