SteerAI’s advanced AI-powered autonomy stack, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute, empowers the logistics and defense industries by turning industrial vehicles into autonomous powerhouses that can handle complex off-road missions, transform operations and protect organizations' most important assets: their workforce.About the roleWe are seeking a motivated student / fresh graduate for a 6 Months internship to help build an intelligent monitoring and analytics system for our autonomous vehicle fleet. You will build a data pipeline and a monitoring tool that helps identify potential issues early.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a data pipeline to collect and structure vehicle sensor telemetry for analysisDevelop a monitoring model and working dashboard that flags potential issues earlyMaintain clean, documented code with proper API integration practicesWrite comprehensive user documentation and training materialsConduct a training session for the operations team on using the toolQualificationsFresh graduate or final year student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fieldStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts and rule-based or trend-based analysisFamiliarity with Python programming languageBasic understanding of APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with data analysis (e.g., pandas/NumPy) and basic charting or dashboard-buildingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quicklyUser experience (UX) mindset and ability to design intuitive interfacesAbility to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutionsStrong communication skills to understand user needs and workflowsWhat We Offer
