Candidates will support career and education consulting business activities by assisting in conducting seminars, field work as well as visits to school, colleges and coaching classes to promote (1) Education & Career Planning Solutions (2) Career Focused Study Abroad Consulting services (3) IVY League Application & Admission Coaching Services (4) IELTS, GRE, GMAT Coaching and (5) Psychometric Assessment Testing services. Daily responsibilities may include client visits, conducting/helping in seminars, calling prospective clients, preparing presentations and reports, drafting and updating proposal and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Candidates may help coordinate events or webinars, manage basic communication with clients under supervision, and collaborate with the team on ongoing projects. This role offers practical exposure to career guidance, education planning, and client support within a structured, learning-focused environment.QualificationsAbility to conduct structured research and analyze information related to careers, education systems, and study abroad options.Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents, presentations, and client-facing materials.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.Interest in education, psychology, counseling, or career development; current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program is preferred.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.Empathy, active listening, and a genuine interest in helping learners and families navigate educational and career choices.
