Internship - Financial Planning and Analysis

A. ROLE PURPOSE• To provide support in financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities within Group Well Solutions. The intern will gain exposure to budgeting, performance monitoring, and data analysis, while assisting in day-to-day operational and project tasks.B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• To support company’s financial health: planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling.C. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by compiling data and validating figures.• Conduct research and simple financial modelling under supervision.• Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing finance projects and initiatives.• Assist in documenting processes and SOPs related to finance operations.• Participate in meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries when required.• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the finance team.QHSE Responsibilities • Adhered to Quality and HSE procedures as per the Integrated Manual Systems (IMS) at all time and ensure it is being communicated to staffs/subordinates.• Participate in QHSE Corporate Engagement Meeting and any other initiatives.• ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance, ISO Audit ReadinessD. COMPETENCIES:Education Qualification• Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business, Economics, Accounting or related fields (preferably with strong quantitative and analytical background).• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Keen interest in corporate finance and data analysis.Skills and/or Experience:• Able to manage time and multitasking.• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholdersApply or send your resume and internship letter to people.learning@uzmagroup.com with the subject:Internship Application – [Your Name]
